Requirements for poster presentations

Instructions for preparing a poster report

1. Poster dimensions.

Each participant in the poster session will be allocated an A0 size stand (841×1189, vertical orientation only) to display their report.

2. Stand requirements.

Each poster must include the title of the report (printed in at least 64-70 font), the names of the authors of the report, the e-mail of the speaker, and the name of the organization where the research was performed. Since the text of your poster report should be easy to read from a certain distance, you should not use a font smaller than 20-24 pt. The report should also briefly highlight the goals and objectives of the work, the relevance of the research, the methods used, results and conclusions. The poster presentation must include illustrative material — diagrams, graphs, pictures, etc.
